Suzanne Burch

Suzanne Burch, who joined Hesston College in May 2013, has turned her passion for aviation into a dynamic career. Starting as the academic assistant for the aviation department, she quickly became an advocate for prospective students, earning her Private Pilot Certificate to better share the thrill of flying. Suzanne now holds an Instrument Rating, Commercial Certificate and Certified Flight Instructor credentials and also serves as a flight instructor, student advisor and manager of training operations for the School of Aviation. With a bachelor’s degree in music performance from Bethel College, she brings a unique perspective to her role, emphasizing the importance of growth and learning in both students and instructors. Currently pursuing an M.B.A., Burch continues to fuel her passion for aviation and inspire the next generation of aviators.
