Natalie Ladd brings a passion for building community to her role as resident director. With a background in social work and a heart for helping others, Ladd is dedicated to supporting students and making their college experience a little easier. A recent Hesston alum herself, she’s excited to be back in a new role, creating a healthy, supportive environment for students to thrive.
