Women’s Soccer Assistant Coach

Hesston College seeks an Women’s Soccer Assistant Coach. The assistant coach will provide overall support for the vision, direction and execution of a successful women’s soccer program at Hesston College under the direction of the head coach and the athletic director.

The assistant coach will provide personalized support, teaching, mentoring and nurturing to the team, assist with the recruitment and retention of athletes for the program, assist in overall field and team equipment upkeep and administrative logistics and ensure the health and safety of members of the team.

The ideal candidate will have completed an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) and will have two to three years of coaching experience, preferably at the college level. This is a stipend position and is not eligible for benefits.
