Your Role

The Volleyball Assistant Coach is responsible for working individually with players to develop skills and assists the head coach in all aspects of the program. These duties include providing personalized support to the team, assisting in recruitment of athletes, helping with court and equipment maintenance, assisting with transportation and ensuring the health and safety of team members. As the roster grows the assistant will be the head JV coach.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree is required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous coaching experience is preferred.

This position is flexible and may be offered as three-quarter time (0.75 FTE) or on a stipend basis, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and availability.
