Men’s Golf Head Coach

Your Role: As Men’s Golf Head Coach, you will be responsible for all aspects of the golf program at Hesston College. Here's what you can expect in this role:

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting talented athletes
• Creating and managing schedules
• Budget oversight
• Arranging team travel
• Mentoring student athletes, aligning with Hesston College’s mission, with a focus on recruitment, athletic achievement and student success.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous coaching experience at the high school level, college level is preferred
