
Health and Human Performance Professor
Hesston College seeks applications for a (9-month) Health and Human Performance Professor. A successful candidate should hold a master’s or terminal degree in health and human performance, exercise science, kinesiology, strength and conditioning, athletic training or closely related field; doctorate in health and human performance, exercise science or kinesiology or closely related field or within a year of finishing a doctorate preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching, ability to supervise students in the field of health and human performance (HHP) and a personal and professional growth mindset. A variety of courses are available within the field including but not limited to nutrition, personal and community health, personal training, lifetime fitness and wellness, recreation leadership, introduction to HHP, introduction to exercise science and possible upper level courses.
