Are you a creative communicator with a knack for crafting compelling stories and an eye for digital engagement? Hesston College is looking for a communications coordinator who can connect people, shape narratives and elevate our brand across print, digital and social media platforms.

In this full-time, benefits-eligible position, you’ll play a central role in bringing the Hesston College experience to life — especially for prospective students. Reporting to the director of marketing and communications, you’ll collaborate with a vibrant campus community to implement strategic communication flows, support recruitment and alumni relations and lead our social media presence with energy and vision.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, manage and personalize communication flows for prospective students (inquiries through accepted), both domestic and international
• Coordinate and create engaging email, print and text communications that reflect Hesston's mission and brand
• Lead the college’s social media strategy — from content creation and live event coverage to audience interaction and trend monitoring
• Write compelling press releases, news articles and alumni magazine features
• Manage campus copy center operations, vendor coordination and in-house printing

Who You Are:

• A collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in writing and editing with strong attention to detail and brand consistency
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of digital marketing, social media analytics and workflow platforms
• Organized and proactive with a heart for service and storytelling
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree with relevant experience considered
