Business Professor

Hesston College invites applications from candidates who are passionate about teaching and excited to contribute to the continued growth of its innovative business management program as a Business Professor. The successful candidate will teach a range of undergraduate courses which may include accounting, economics, finance, business management, entrepreneurship, organizational development and leadership.

Applicants should hold a master’s degree or higher in business, accounting, economics or a closely related field. Candidates who are currently completing a master’s degree will be considered, provided the degree is conferred prior to the start of the fall 2026 semester. Prior teaching experience is preferred, along with a demonstrated commitment to student-centered learning and engagement.
