Jennifer Auge joined Hesston College after retiring from Wichita Public Schools in 2023, where she spent 31 years inspiring students as a high school English teacher and middle school principal. Now working in the Access lab at Hesston, Auge continues to do what she loves most - helping students succeed on their unique paths. Her passion for education was deeply influenced by her mother, whose hard work as a single parent instilled in Auge the value of education as a path to financial stability and personal growth. This drive, paired with her love for mentoring, fuels her commitment to guiding students toward their own successes.
