Your Role
The men’s soccer assistant coach will provide support for the vision, direction and success of the men’s soccer program at Hesston College under the leadership of the head coach and athletic director. This role includes mentoring and developing student-athletes, assisting with recruitment and retention efforts, assisting in overall field and team equipment upkeep and administrative logistics and helping ensure the health, safety and overall well-being of the team.
Qualifications
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous coaching experience preferred
This position is flexible and may be offered as three-quarter time (0.75 FTE) or on a stipend basis, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and availability.
