Professor of Health and Human Performance

Hesston College invites applications for Professor of Health and Human Performance, a nine-month, benefits-eligible position. The ideal candidate will hold a master’s or terminal degree in health and human performance, exercise science, kinesiology, strength and conditioning, athletic training or closely related field; doctorate or within one year of completion in health and human performance, exercise science or kinesiology or closely related field preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching and an ability to supervise and mentor students in the field of health and human performance. Teaching opportunities include a wide range of courses such as but not limited to Nutrition, Personal and Community Health, Personal Training, Lifetime Fitness and Wellness, Recreational Leadership, Introduction to HHP and Introduction to Exercise Science.
