Admissions Office Manager

Do the terms “data management and quality control” pique your interest? Are you passionate about college students and want to help them successfully transition into Hesston College life? The goal for our next Admissions Office Manager is to ensure overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Admissions department. Reporting to the vice president of Admissions, you would be responsible for using various platforms to manage and track quality data, ensure our brand delivery process to prospective students and provide administrative support to the vice president.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be self-motivated, organized and focused on customer service. Our goal is to find someone with a bachelor’s degree or at minimum an associate degree with experience using Excel, Google drive managing data and with data management systems.
