Director’s Note

Charlotte’s Web is a time-honored story teaching children about the truths of friendship and sacrifice. Wilbur is a young pig trying to navigate a constantly changing world. While he is searching for a way to survive life on the farm, he realizes what he wants most is friendship and love.

Rehearsing this show during the COVID-19 pandemic has been a challenging and unknown adventure. Together we have learned how to communicate in the world of theatre through masks, quarantine and social distancing. Just like Wilbur, we as a cast, crew and community have realized that our survival depends on our connection with others. All of us have a universal longing and need for friendship and love.
