Team Purpose
Allow students and faculty to learn more about robotics and mechatronics through hands on experience. This group will compete in VEX U competitions with other schools around the country.

The club will provide a robotics workshop with tools, equipment and some materials to get started. Initial focus will be mobile robotics under the VEX Robotics platform.
Scholarships
Qualify for up to $25,000 in Hesston College grants and scholarships!
Your scholarship package could include:
- Robotics team scholarship
- Academic scholarship
- Program, activities and athletic scholarships
in addition to any federal and state grants for which you qualify by completing the FAFSA.
Robotics team scholarship recipients do not have to be an engineering major, but must participate in all team activities. This includes team meetings, competitions and design, fabrication and coding work sessions. Hesston College Robotics Team plans to compete in the Vex U competition in 2023-24 with hopes of competing in Vex AI in the future.
