Tim May and Gretchen Priest May rehearse with the Hesston College Bel Canto Singers Sept. 10. May and Priest May are musicians from Nashville, Tenn., and Grand Ole Opry performers who spent Sept. 10 to 12 on the Hesston College campus, including a Friday chapel performance, Friday evening contra dance for Hesston College students, faculty and staff, and performing with the Bel Canto Singers during Sunday morning worship at Hesston Mennonite Church. Tim May is a grammy-nominated flatpick guitar player who has played for several high profile country musicians and performed several times at the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield. Gretchen Priest May is a fiddle player and owner/operator of Fiddle and Pick, an acoustic school that teaches a variety of lessons to people of all ages.
