Presidential Search

Established in 1909, Hesston College is a faith-based academic institution educating and nurturing each student within Christ-centered community. Historically known as a two-year college, Hesston is now focused on growing its bachelor’s degree program offerings and meeting the needs of today’s students.

The search is underway to find our next president who will help lead the institution into the future. The search committee, with input from the Hesston community, and in collaboration with our search partners from Academic Search, has developed a Presidential Search Profile to introduce Hesston College and the presidential opportunity to potential candidates.

Search Committee

The search for the next president of Hesston College is led by committee members identified and affirmed by the Hesston College Board of Directors. The 10-person committee comprises the following individuals:

  • Ken Rodgers ’85, M.A., Hesston College faculty member
  • Ben Miller, Hesston College staff member
  • Jessica Clopton-Robinson, M.B.A., Mennonite Education Agency (MEA) member
  • Jeff Gingerich ’88, Ph.D., at-large member
  • Pastor Stanley W. Green, at-large member
  • Reverend Kathy (Goering) Reid, at-large member
  • Yvonne Sieber ’71, M.B.A., at-large member
  • Pastor Grace Tijerina ’16, at-large member

The search committee is working with Academic Search to conduct a comprehensive and broad search for Hesston College’s next president. Academic Search specializes in recruiting executives in higher education.
